| The Southwest SIDS Research
Institute is a private, non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation which
provides research, medical, educational, and counseling services
to families of SIDS and high risk infants. Services are provided on a sliding
scale basis, dependent upon the family’s ability to pay.
Tax-deductible donations may be made in "memory of " or in "honor of"
a designated individual. Family members are notified of the contributions.
Some families request that a fund be established in memory of their precious
son or daughter. They can then designate a specific use (such as research)
for money donated in their baby’s memory
